The Approach – What is an iForum™ and how do I run one?

The iForum enables you to capture all of the 'good stuff', the meaningful conversations that happen during a cuppa break. It is a way to meet where people have maximum choice and responsibility for how they get involved.

The iForum is a way for large numbers of people to meet and exchange information, issues and ideas. A consistent theme and questions are selected for the iForum. The forum offers a series of ‘stations’ (the ‘smorgasbord of approaches’), with a variety of ways for people to access and contribute information. Activity within an iForum can look likea trade fair or a show as there is a variety of events, exhibits and stalls around the room. Participants are welcomed at the entry gate and given the layout and description of events. They can then make their own way round the room choosing when, where and how they get involved.

You will find that the reward outweighs the effort.
To make it easier, the twenty-one key steps required to conduct a successful forum are comprehensively detailed in the iForum™ Toolkit.
The Toolkit also includes sample forms and tools that you can tailor for your own use, saving considerable preparation time and ensuring that important steps or information are not overlooked.
