Evolve's Intentional Living Coaching Program
Carla Rogers of Evolve has developed, through her 20 years of studying, practicing and teaching yoga, meditation and coaching – Evolve’s unique ‘intentional living’ coaching program. As this program is only facilitated by Carla and is delivered one-on-one, it is offered to a select and limited number of clients each year. There are two remaining places for this year.

What’s involved?
You can enjoy the program from your own home or office. We use phone
and internet (in a way that is easy and natural for you).
There are three phases:
- Pre work and reflection – two hours
- One-to-one facilitation – 3 Sessions
- Follow up review and planning – 2 Sessions
