Dr Jessica Dart is a recognized leader in evaluation with over 15 years of involvement in evaluating social change programs in Australia and overseas. Her doctoral research involved adapting and testing a participatory monitoring and evaluation tool - the Most Significant Change technique (MSC) in the Agricultural sector in Victoria.

Our guest Leading Light for this session is Nicola Hunniset of Paper Plane Ltd. Nicola established Paper Plane in 2003 inspired by her eighteen years work in sales and marketing for IBM and Microsoft and a passion for facilitation. Since then the business has grown and Nicola has a Network of facilitators plus Associates who work alongside her for larger pieces of work.

18. Leading Light: Dr. Anne Russell and Dr. Linda Berens 'Personality Types'

This session highlihgts the different ways people take in information and express themselves.  Leaders can become stressed when they are not able to either make their colleagues understand what they want, or not able to understand where their colleagues are coming from. Stress can be alleviated through recognising and celebrating differences. What really motivates different personalities?  Why are we different?  Why don’t we get it when other people say or do stupid things?  And they haven’t a clue it was so stupid? Why don’t they get it when I am so clear?

Dr Anne Russell currently teaches Linda Berens’ Interstrength® accreditation program because of the contributions and depth its multi-model approach brings to working effectively with different personality types.
