As an Accredited Ally, you’ve achieved the highest level of accreditation recognising your individual commitment to Allyship. You’ve done the work to master your own cultural competency. Congratulations!
Are you wondering what the next step is? It’s developing the skills and confidence to facilitate others in their journey.
If you’re interested in moving from your own development (internal mastery) to providing guidance and support to others (external mastery), consider becoming an Evolve Facilitator.
The next step in achieving this qualification is the Support Facilitator Accreditation. Not only will you obtain the skills to confidently navigate hard yarns and inspire Allies, you’ll also be eligible to apply to support the delivery of Evolve’s Cultural Awareness Workshops as a paid professional.
Would you like to join our community of Accredited Facilitators and support the development of cultural awareness and Allyship in others?
